KFC Fried Chicken and Potato Wedges!!! | Pro Home Cooks

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup flour
• Garlic powder
• Onion powder
• Cracked black pepper
• Paprika
• Russet Potato
• Chicken thighs
• 2 beaten eggs

• In a large Ziplock bag add in 1 your flour and add in some garlic powder, onion, powder, cracked black pepper and paprika. Shake.
• Boil your chicken thighs for about 1 minute. Remove and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
• To your beaten eggs mix in paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and salt.
• Dredge your chicken in the flour and dip it into the eggs and then dredge in flour one more time until evenly coated.
• Fry your chicken at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until cooked through and golden brown. About 4-5 minutes per side. Salt to taste.
• Gradually add flour into your beaten eggs until it becomes a thin batter. Add water as needed.
• Cut your potato into wedges and dip your wedges into the batter. Fry until cooked through and golden brown. YUM-O!!!
