Gudi Padwa is here! Start your new year with this deliciously yummy Indian dessert recipe Kesar Shrikhand with a fusion twist.

Kesar Shrikhand is a traditional Indian dessert which is served best with some hot Puris, especially during the Maharashtrian festival Gudi Padwa. This recipe is made using hung yoghurt with mild flavours of kesar. So unlike the ordinary way, try out this recipe by serving in small tarts or canapes. INGREDIENTS
1 litre yoghurt plain
few strands of saffron soaked in 2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
pinch of nutmeg powder/jaiphal
3-4 tbsp powdered sugar
80 gms white chocolate chopped
2 tbsp fresh cream
