Wheat flour roits stuffed with spicy mutton mince mixture to make this wholesome rolls.

KEEMA ROLL - (Serves - 4)

Spicy minced mutton mixture rolled in rotis and served with lettuce leaves

Ingredients

250 gms minced mutton (keema)
4 whole wheat flour rotis
2 tbsps oil
2 medium onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
¼ cup yogurt
Salt to taste
1½ tsps red chilli powder
1 medium onion
½ cup brown breadcrumbs
4 tbsps coriander and mint chutney
4 tbsps sweet red chilli sauce
Alfalfa sprouts for garnishing
Onion rings for serving
Lollo rosso lettuce leaves for serving

Method

1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onions and sauté till lightly browned. Add minced mutton and mix well. Add ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, salt and red chilli powder and mix well. Cover and cook on low heat till mutton is fully cooked.
2. Slice onion.
3. Add breadcrumbs to the mutton and mix well. Switch off the heat.
4. Place each roti on a worktop, spread 1 tbsp coriander and mint chutney and 1 tbsp red chilli sauce on each roti, place some sliced onion in the center and minced mutton mixture over it. Roll the roti. Place 1 roll in aluminum foil and seal the edges to make a wrap.
5. Cut the remaining keema rolls into big pieces and arrange them on one side of a serving plate. Garnish with alfalfa sprouts, place onion rings and lollo rosso lettuce leaves in the center and serve immediately.
