Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp coconut powder freshly made
Bunch CORIANDER LEAVES
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 big Egg
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 lbs Kheema (Minced Mutton)
3 cups OIL FOR FRYING
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1 tbsp RED CHILLI POWDER
To taste Salt
1 pinch Turmeric powder

Directions:
1. Wash Keema in a bowl.
2. Add Red chilli powder,coconut powder,coriander powder,ginger garlic paste,turmeric
powder, garam masala powder,salt mix all this finely.
3. Lastly add coriander leaves chopped and egg to bind the Mutti.
4. Take a frying pan add oil into, take Keema mixture into your hand make into small dumplings and fry in slow flame till golden brown color.
