You can make Keema Biryani by watching this short but comprehensive Video by sooperchef.Ingredients:500 gm Beef Mince500 gm Guard Ultimate Rice2 Onions2 Tomatoes200 gm Yogurt3 Green Chilies2 TBSP Cooking OilSalt (As Needed)1 TSP Red Chili Powder1 TSP Ground Red Chili Black Pepper Powder1 & Coriander Powder1 & Cumin Powder1 TSP Whole Hot Spices1 TSP Turmeric Powder5 gm Green Coriander5 gm Mint2 Lemons (For Lemon Juice)2 TBSP Ginger & Garlic (Chopped)1 TBSP Vinegar1 Bay Leaf1 TSP food colorCooking Direction:1- First of all, add water in a bowl. Also add guard ultimate rice and soaked them for 15 minutes2- Next, add water in a pan, also add whole spices, cooking oil (1 TBSP), Bay Leaf, Vinegar, Salt, Ultimate Guard Rice and cook until 1/4th done3- In a pan, add cooking oil (1 TBSP), also add Onions, Chopped Garlic, Chopped Ginger. Let them golden brown. Then add Tomatoes and cook it for 5 minutes4- After this, add salt, Red Chili Powder, Ground Red Chili, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Whole Hot Spices & cook it for 2 minutes5- After this fry the beef mince for 3 minutes & cook it for 2 minutes by adding yogurt6- Now cook it for 10 Minutes, by adding water7- Add prepared beef mince in a pan, also add boiled Guard Ultimate Rice & make two layers8- Its time for garnishing. Use Green Coriander, Mint, Lemon, Green Chili, Tomato for the garnishing9- In the last add yellow food color and simmer it for 10 minutesYour Tasty Beef Qeema Biryani is ready to servePreparation Time: 40 Minutes Serve: 4 People
