In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, carom seeds, cooking oil and mix it.2. Knead a tough dough by gradually adding water in it. Cover it with damp cloth and let it rest for 15-20 mins.3. Take a small ball and roll it in a disc shape. Place a small silver bowl over this disc and stick it with the bowl. Prick the disc with the fork.4. Deep fry in oil over medium flame until it leaves the bowl and turns golden and crispy.5. Take the katori out of the oil and keep aside.Directions for Chaat Preparation:6. In a bowl add chickpeas, potatoes, white chickpeas, salt, red chili flakes, onion, tomato, chaat masala, coriander, mint leaves and mix well7. Now, take a fried Katori, fill it with prepared chaat, yogurt, tamarind sauce, green chutney and lastly top with Kurkure Chutney Chaska and enjoy. 8.
