KATHIYAWADI LASUN CHUTNEY

Ingredients

15-20 garlic cloves
1 tsps coarse red chilli powder
tsp sea salt

Method

1. Crush the garlic cloves coarsely in a mortar.
2. Add red chilli powder, sea salt and continue to crush to a coarse mixture.
3. Use as required.
