KASTHA ACHARI PANEER | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Its a delious recipe, which is made up of pickled flavoured paneer along with the batter and deep fried.

Ingredients:
Paneer 200 Grams
Achar 1 Teaspoons
Chick pea flour 1/2 Cup
All purpose flour 2 Tablespoons
Salt To taste
Ajwain 1 Pinch
Turmeric powder 1 Pinch
Chat masala 1/2 Teaspoons
Coriander (chopped) 1 Bunch
oil 2 0


Directions:

Cut the paneer pieces into rectangular shape, Take 1 tsp of achar into the plate and add little water mix it like a thin paste then coat the paneer pieces and keep it aside. In a bowl add chick pea flour, all purpose flour, salt, ajwain, turmeric, chat masala, chopped coriander mix it well by adding oil. Add some water and make first thick paste then add some more water mix it well. Dip the coated paneer pieces into the batter and deep fry in the hot oil. Cut into small pieces sprinkle chat masala and put on to toothpick and serve hot.
