Kashmiri pulao
Ingredients
Basmati Rice one bowl
Water two bowls or double the quantity of rice
Mix Dry fruits
Walnuts 25gms
Raisins 20gms
Almond 25 gms
Cashew nuts 20 gms
Fresh fruits
Red apple one no
Pomegranate half no fresh seeds
Saffron ten thread
Rose water one tsp
Saunf/ fennel seeds powder 01 tsp
Dry ginger powder 01tsp
Desi/ pure Ghee 01 tbs
Salt to taste
Mix powder of mace , green cardamom, nut meg just 01 tsp.
Dry apricot 25 GM’s.
Dry dates 25 GM’s.
Star anise 01
Bay leaf 01
Cinnamon stick 01
