Ingredients:
100 gms each - Ivy Gourd, Pumpkin, Ridge Gourd, Snake Gourd, Ash Gourd & French Beans ( Chopped)
15-20 cashew nuts
4 - slit green chilies
1 liter - Fresh Coconut milk
Salt to taste
2 tbsp - Rice flour
Water as required
Coconut Oil

For Tempering:
2 tbsp - Coconut Oil
1 tsp - Cumin seeds

Method preparation:
Add Ivy Gourd, Pumpkin, Ridge Gourd, Snake Gourd, Ash Gourd, French Beans, cashew nuts & slit green chilies in cooking utensils and add water to it.
Cover the utensil and cook until the vegetables are done.
Add fresh coconut milk, salt to taste and mix them well and let them boil.
Add rice flour paste to the vegetables and keep on stirring it until the curry turns thick.

For Tempering:
In a vessel add oil, and once the oil is hot add cumin seeds.
Our tempering is done. Add it to the vegetable curry.
Our Valval is ready to be served.
