Fried Fish (machli) is one of the few dishes that are a must-have in Karachi.In the past few years, a lot of people have tried to make the "perfect dish" of fried fish but not all of them mastered the art of it. And no other place can rival it than the shops at Hassan Square. The outer layer of the fish is crunchy while the inside is soft and juicy. It is usually served with lemon and "chaat masala" to spice it up. It is eaten with "Chapati" and "Chutney". Chutney is their own secret recipe. It is their Unique Selling Point (USP). It is sour and adds another flavor to the fish. It's definitely worth it and a great experience.
