Ingredients:
Black carrot - 1/2 kg or 5 to 6 in number, washed peeled and cut into thin finger size pieces
Glass jar for keeping kanji
Red mustard seeds powder - 5 tsp
Roasted Jeera powder - 2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 3/4 tsp
Black salt - 3 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp (optional)
Water - 2 and 1/2 litres
