Kanda Khekada Bhaji

INGREDIENTS

• ½ Cup Besan
• 2 Green Chillis (chopped Roundels)
• 2 TBSP Coriander Leaves Chopped
• Salt to Taste
• 1 Tsp Rice Flour
• 1 TSP Turmeric Powder
• 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
• 1 Tsp Chilli Powder
• Water
• Oil for Fry
• Dash of Baking Soda
• 1 Big Onion(Cut into Slice)
METHOD
• Take one Mixing Bowl add all dry ingredients Like Besan ,Coriander Leaves, Salt to Taste Rice Flour , Turmeric Powder , Cumin Powder , Chilli Powder.
• Now add Little as per required water for Making Bhaji Batter.
• When The Time Of making Bhajis at that time add Green Chillies and Baking soda and mix it well
• Then Now add Slice Onion mix it well and keep it away for 10 to 15 min.
• At the Same time heat oil in a kadai on medium flame for deep frying the pakoras.
• Once the oil get hot drop bhajis batter carefully to make it in hot oil.
• Fry the Bhaji till golden color once it done remove it from oil keep it on tissue paper or kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
• Sever it with tomato ketchup & Enjoy.
