These are crispy and delicious, prepared mainly with Onion and Gram Flour.KANDA BHAJIIngredients3 medium onions, sliced3 tablespoons gram flour (besan)Salt to taste1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves1 teaspoon mix masala/ green chilli pasteΒΌ teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain)Oil for deep-fryingDried garlic chutney for servingMethod1. Mix together onions, salt, coriander leaves, mix masala and carom seeds in a mixing bowl. Add gram flour little by little to the mixture, mix till well incorporated. 2. Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Drop small amounts of the prepared mixture and deep-fry till golden-brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 3. Serve hot with dried garlic chutney.
