Kanchkolar Chop | Raw Banana Fritters | Kanchkolar CutletIngredient:• 1TSP Cumin Seeds• Dry chilli 2• Onion Paste ½ Cup• 2 TSP Red Chilli Powder• 1 TSP Turmeric Powder• Salt to taste• Fried Garlic• Grated Garlic • 1 tsp Garlic Powder• 2 Boiled Mashed Kachkola/Raw Banana • Coriander leaves• Green Chilli• 1 TSP Roasted Cumin powder• 2 TBSP Flour• Breadcrumb• OilProcess:• In a Pan add oil • Add 1 TSP Cumin Seeds• Add Dry chilli 2• Onion Paste ½ Cup• Add 2 TSP Red Chilli Powder• Add 1 TSP Turmeric Powder• Mix it nicely and Fry it• Add Salt to taste• Add Fried Garlic• Add Grated Garlic • Add 2 Boiled Mashed Kachkola/Raw Banana • Add Coriander leaves• Add ¼ Cup Water• Mashed it nicely• Cover with a Lid for 3-4 mints• Add Green Chilli• Add 1 TSP Roasted Cumin powder• Add ½ TSP Garam Masala• Add 1 tsp Garlic Powder• Mix it nicely• Refrigerate mixture for 45 mints• Make a Thin batter 2 TBSP Flour• Now take a portion of the mixture and give a Shape • Dip each cutlet into Flour Batter• Place Breadcrumb in a Plate and roll each cutlet• Refrigerate for 30 mints.• Heat the oil in a deep nonstick Pan• Deep Fry each cutlet• Serve Hot#KanchkolarChop#RawBananaFritters#KanchkolarCutletplease like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
