Kalmi Vada is a traditional Rajasthani recipe made from chana dal, cabbage, gram flour, and a variety of spices that you can easily find at home. Ingredients:1/2cup chana dal2 tbs each of musur dal, mung dal & toor daal 1 cup grated cabbage1 tbsp gram flour1 tbsp whole coriander crushed 1 tbsp grated ginger 1 green chili chopped 1 tsp red chili powder1 tsp raw mango powder1/2 tsp Chaat Masala Powdersalt to tasteoil to deep fry Method :Wash and soak chana dal for 3-4 hours. Grind the dal into a coarse paste. Mix gram flour, grated cabbage, crushed coriander, salt, red chili powder and mango powder. Mix all the ingredients well. This will make soft and crumbly dough.Deep fry on low flame till they are very light in color.
