Add water, vinegar, ginger garlic paste, salt in bowl and mix well. Soak kaleji in it for 30 mins. Darin and pat dry. Cut the kaleji into cubes.Directions for Kaleji Karahi Preparation:2. In a karahi heat oil, add tomatoes and cook until they start to form paste. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.3. Add kaleji cubes and cook until color changes. Add salt and cook until it releases water.4. Add cloves, cinnamon stick, black cardamom and cook on high flame for 2-3 mins. Let cook kaleji in its own water.5. Turn the flame to medium low heat and cover and cook until kaleji is fully tender. Take off lid and cook until oil separates.6. Now add green chilies, red chili powder, chili flakes, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder and cook until gravy thickens.7. Add yogurt and cook until water content in yogurt has evaporated.
