Kalakand cheesecake Prep time-15mins Cooking time- 30mins Serve –6pax Ingredients Quantity Digestive biscuits 12 to 15 no. Butter 3 tbsp Kalakand 6 to 7 pcs White chocolate ½ cup Fresh cream ½ cup Mix Chocolate ½ cup Pistachio 1tbsp Pistachio powder for garnish Butter paper 1 no. Method 1. First soft the butter in the oven for 30 secs, now take a mixing jar and add digestive biscuits and crush it in the jar. 2. Now apply butter on the cake mould and cover it with butter paper from sides also. 3. Now take a bowl, add the crushed biscuits and add butter and combine it properly. 4. Now add it to the mould and spread evenly and put in fridge to settle. 5. Now take bowl and add kalakand , chopped white chocolate and fresh cream and microwave it for 1 ½ min and make it soft in texture. 6. Now Mix it properly and let it cool down for sometime. 7. Now remove the mould from the fridge and add the kalakand mixture on top of it and let it settle for 20 mins in fridge. 8. Now take a bowl and add chopped mix chocolate , butter and microwave it for 40 secs , mix it properly 9. Now add fresh cream in it for ganache texture a let it cool down for some time. 10. Now add pistachio and mix properly. 11. Remove the mould from the ridge and add the last layer on it and spread evenly. 12. Cover the second layer properly. 13. Now add crushed pistachio from top and let it set for 2 to 3 hours in the fridger. 14. Now at the time of cutting remove it from the fridger and put it in the fridge. 15. Demould it cut into pieces and its ready to eat.
