Kala Jamun

INGREDIENTS:

Milk khoya - 250gms
All - purpose flour - 50 gms
Cooking soda - ½ tsp
Sugar - 250gms
Water - As required
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 no.
Milk - 5 tsp
Oil - As required


DIRECTIONS:

Take milk khoya, add all- purpose flour, cooking soda mix it well and add to it milk & mix it well make into a soft dough, then divide them into small balls.

Take some Khoya in a plate, add cardamom powder, saffron, sugar mix it well and stuff into the khoya dough make into the bullet shaped dumplings.

Heat in a pan, add sugar & water boil. Make the sugar syrup into one string consistency and add cardamom powder, lemon juice mix it. & keep aside

Deep fry the Khoya dumplings in medium hot oil till they turn brown in color.
Add these dumplings to Sugar Syrup & rest it for 30 Minutes
Now delicious Tasty Kala Jamun is ready to serve.
