In a blender add soaked poppy seeds, cashew, water as required and make a smooth paste.In a blender add mutton mince, fat, papaya powder, fried onion, fried garlic, cashew nut, poppy seed paste, nutmeg powder, mace powder, clove powder, black cardamom powder, green cardamom powder, red chilli powder, turmeric, kewra, saffron , salt and roasted coconut.Blend until all ingredients are well combined and refrigerate the mixture for two hours. Take wooden skewers and thread the mince on them. Grease a grill pan with oil and cook the kabab from each side until light golden brown or fully cooked.
