Kakori Kebab Recipe
Ingredients:
Mutton ran mince 500g
Fat 80g
Papaya powder 1 tbsp
Fried onion paste 1 tbsp
Fried garlic paste 1 tsp
Poppy seed 1 tbsp
Cashew paste 1 tbsp
Nutmeg powder 2 pinch
Mace powder 2 pinch
Cloves powder 2 pinch
Black cardamom powder ¼ tsp
Green cardamom powder ½ tsp
Red chilli 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Kewra essence 1/4 tsp
Saffron 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Roasted coconut 1 tbsp
Directions:
Soak poppy seed in water for 1 hour. In a blender add soaked poppy seeds, cashew, water as required and make a smooth paste.
In a blender add mutton mince, fat, papaya powder, fried onion, fried garlic, cashew nut, poppy seed paste, nutmeg powder, mace powder, clove powder, black cardamom powder, green cardamom powder, red chilli powder, turmeric, kewra, saffron , salt and roasted coconut.
Blend until all ingredients are well combined and refrigerate the mixture for two hours.
Take wooden skewers and thread the mince on them.
Grease a grill pan with oil and cook the kabab from each side until light golden brown or fully cooked.
Your tasty kakori kababs are ready to eat.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes
Serving: 4-5
