You can imagine the blast of flavours this kadhi has, so try it out now to welcome the mango season.KAIRI KI KADHIIngredients2 medium raw mangoes, peeled, seeded and chopped½ cup gram flour (besan)½ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp red chilli powder2 tbsps oil1 tsp mustard seeds½ tsp fenugreek seeds8-10 curry leaves1 medium onion, slicedSalt to taste1 tbsp chopped jaggery2-3 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves + to sprinkleSteamed rice for servingMethod1. Transfer the raw mangoes in a blender jar. Add ½ cup water and grind to fine paste.2. Transfer in a bowl. Add gram flour and whisk well. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix.3. Add 2½ cups water and mix well. 4. Heat oil in a deep nonstick pan. Add mustard seeds and once they start to splutter, add mustard seeds and once they start to splutter, add fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, onion and sauté till onions turn translucent.5. Add the raw mango mixture, salt, 1 cup water and mix well. Cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes.6. Add jaggery, coriander and mix well.7. Transfer into serving bowl.
