In a bowl add flour, salt, cumin seeds, oil and mix well. 2. Now, start adding water, little by little and mix to form a stiff dough. 3. Cover the dough with a cling film and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.Directions for Vegetable Filling Preparation:4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic in it. Add onion and cook until translucent.5. Add carrot, cabbage, capsicum, soy sauce and mix well.6. Add chili sauce, ketchup, black pepper, salt and cook for 2-3 minutes. Your vegetable filling is ready.Directions for Assembling:1.
