So we went to Ahmedabad last week to explore the most unique street food the city has to offer. We found this small Egg joint called Anushka Egg center serving a very unique dish called Jonh Paratha.It is prepared by making a 2 egg omelet in a pan then adding chopped bread cubes along with tomatoes, onion, coriander and lots of cheese or mayo. And to finish it up they fold everything in the omelet. It tastes heavenly when you experience the burst of flavours in your mouth.
