Ingredients for Tikka Masala:
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black peppercorns 1 tbsp
Cloves 10-12
Black cardamom 2
Green cardamom 4-5
Cinnamon stick 1 inch
Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Marination:
Beef boneless (cubes) 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tikka masala 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Papaya paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Oil (For brushing) as required

Ingredients for Tamarind Sauce:
Tamarind pulp 1 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Green chilies 3-4
Sugar 1 tbsp

Directions for Tikka Masala Preparation:
1. In a blender add red chili powder, red chili flakes, zeera powder, coriander powder, salt, black peppercorns, cloves, black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, turmeric powder, paprika powder and blend well. Your masala is ready.
Directions for Beef Tikka Boti Preparation:
2. In a bowl add beef, tikka masala, oil, papaya paste, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and mix well. Marinate it for 6 hours or overnight.
3. Now thread the marinated beef on skewers and grill them until they are fully cooked. Brush oil while grilling. Set aside.
Directions for Tamarind Sauce Preparation:
4. In a blender add tamarind pulp, salt, cumin seeds, mint leaves, green chilies, sugar and blend to form fine paste.
5. Serve with Beef Tikka Boti.
Preparation time: 10-15 mins
Cooking time: 35-40 mins
Serving: 3-4
