INGREDIENTS1 cup Prawns1 tsp Bottle Masala1 finely chopped onion 2 slit green chillies 1 inch minced ginger 1 tbsp minced garlic1/4 cup tamarind pulpoilsaltchopped coriander for garnishMethod:Heat oil in a pan.In another bowl season the prawns with salt, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder & vinegar.Mix it well till the prawns are covered with the spices.In a plate, take some rice rava & rice flour and mix it well.Dip each prawn and cover it with this flour mixture.Add the prawns in the oil & fry them till they get a good brown colour.Drain out the oil on a tissue if required and serve hot!Love our recipes?
