Jhinga Fry (Prawns Fry) Recipe | Fish Fry Recipe By Roopa Nabar | Coastal Kitchen | India Food Network

This valentine's make your loved one happy by making Jhinga Fry by following Roopa's recipe. It is a delicious snack to munch on over some drinks on your date!


INGREDIENTS

1 cup Prawns
1 tsp Bottle Masala
1 finely chopped onion
2 slit green chillies
1 inch minced ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup tamarind pulp
oil
salt
chopped coriander for garnish

Method:
Heat oil in a pan.
In another bowl season the prawns with salt, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder & vinegar.
Mix it well till the prawns are covered with the spices.
In a plate, take some rice rava & rice flour and mix it well.
Dip each prawn and cover it with this flour mixture.
Add the prawns in the oil & fry them till they get a good brown colour.
Drain out the oil on a tissue if required and serve hot!
