Jelly Dumplings

INGREDIENTS
30g agar
20g granulated sugar
250ml water
A
Kiwi (diced into 5mm pieces), as needed
Canned fruit (diced into 5mm pieces), as needed

PREPARATION
1. Heat the water in a pot to just below the boiling point. Add agar and granulated
sugar to melt.
2. Pour (1) into a tray. Let cool. With a round cutter, cut out the jelly.
3. Place some fruit dices on each jelly wrap (2) and fold in half.
4. Enjoy!
