Jeera & Capsicum Rice Recipe || Scroll Recipe ||



Jeera Rice:
Ingredient:
1. oil 1 TBSP/ Ghee 1 TBSP
2. Cumin seed 2 TSP
3. chopped green chilli.
4. Basmati Rice 2 Cups.
5. Salt
6. Homemade roasted jeera/cumin powder 1 TSP
7. precooked Basmati Rice 2 Cups

How to cook?


1. Add oil 1 TBSP/ Ghee 1 TBSP
2. Add Cumin seed 2 TSP
3. Add chopped green chilli
4. Fry till Cumin seeds till colour change.
5. Add precooked Basmati Rice 2 Cups.
6. Add Salt
7. Add homemade roasted jeera/cumin powder 1 TSP
8. Mix it nicely
9. Stirring it for 5 mints
10. Serve hot with any Gravy


Capsicum Rice

Ingredient:
1. oil 1 TBSP/ Ghee 1 TBSP
2. Mustard seed seed 2 TSP
3. curry leaves
4. Sautéed yellow / red capsicum- 1 Cup
5. chopped green chilli.
6. precooked Basmati Rice 2 Cups

Capsicum Rice:

1. Add oil 1 TBSP/ Ghee 1 TBSP
2. Add Mustard seeds seed 2 TSP
3. Add curry leaves
4. Add fried yellow /red capsicum ( Green capsicum can use instead red /yellow)
5. Add chopped green chilli
6. Add precooked basmati rice 2 cups.
7. Add Salt
8. Mix it nicely
9. Stirring it for 5 mints
10. Add ½ TSP ghee
11.
