Today, Charly and Victor head over to Wanko Soba Tachibana over in Kanagawa prefecture, only 30 minutes south of Tokyo, to try out some authentic Japanese food that originates from Iwate prefecture.Wanko Soba are buckwheat noodles that are served in small bowls in portions of about a mouthful. They are eaten in quick succession to a rhythm as the shop attendant quickly refills your bowl over and over again. There is a catch, however! When you feel full and want to call it quits, you must be able to close the top of your bowl before the attendant pours another serving of noodles in. It's definitely a fun experience as the shop attendant cheers you on and to challenge any friends/family that are willing to try it with you!Wanko Soba (All you can eat course) - Starts at ¥2,750!Shop InformationWanko Soba Tachibana - わんこそばたち花Address: 神奈川県横浜市神奈川区白楽5-13 5-13 Hakuraku Kanagawa-ku Yokohama KanagawaPhone: 045-431-9445Open: 11:30AM - 9:00PMWebsite: http://tatibana.net/sub-wanko/About Yummy JapanBased in Tokyo, Japan, we are a team that is passionate about Japanese Food!
