Digaku-Imo is Japanese people’s favorite way of Eating Sweet Potatoes.

The usual method is to deep fry the sweet potatoes and coats them in caramel.
But the method is intimidating to try somehow, so I make it very simple.

200g sweet potato
1 tbs vegetable oil
1 tbs sugar
1/2 ts soy sauce
