Japanese Hamburg Steak Cooked in Foil
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
A
300g ground beef & pork
100g onions(chopped and sauted)
1 egg
1/2 cup panko-breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Nutmeg, as needed
Black pepper, as needed
Vegetable oil, as needed
Broccoli, as needed
Shimeji mushrooms, as needed

5 tablespoons thick worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon sugar
10g butter

PREPARATION
1. Put all of A ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined. Shape the meat.

2. Place the hamburg patties (1) onto a lightly oiled pan. Cook both sides until browned.

3. Place the hamburg pattie (2), some broccoli and shimeji mushrooms on a foil.

4. Put all of B ingredients in to the pan (2) and simmer. Turn off the heat, then add the butter.

5. Pour the sauce (4) over the hamburg pattie with vegetables (3). Wrap and close the foil. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 220C (428F).

6. Enjoy!
