A super easy, creamy and soft-boiled egg sandwich in Japanese style!JAPANESE STYLE EGG SANDWICHIngredients8-12 eggs2/3 cup Japanese mayonnaise8 white bread slices 3 tsps castor sugarBlack pepper powder to tasteSalt to tasteButter for applying2 inch chives for garnishMethod1. Heat sufficient water in a deep pan. Gently slide in the eggs and bring the water to a boil. Once the water has come to a boil, cook the eggs for 8 minutes.2. Drain the eggs into ice cold water and set aside for a few minutes. Drain them and peel the eggs. Roughly chop the eggs and transfer in a large bowl.3. Mash the eggs with the help of a fork and add Japanese mayonnaise along with castor sugar, black pepper powder, and salt and mix till well combined. 4. Apply butter generously on one side of each bread slice. Spread a portion of the eggs mixture on 4 slices of bread. Cover them with the remaining slices of bread with the butter side facing down. 5. Place the sandwiches on a plate, place another plate on it and press it lightly. Set aside for 5-10 minutes. 6. Trim the edges of the sandwiches. Vertically cut them in half and arrange on a serving plate. Garnish with chives and serve.
