JAMUN KALA KHATTA

Ingredients

2 cups jamuns, deseeded
Black salt to taste
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
¾ cup castor sugar
2 cups orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Ice cubes as required

Method

1. Blend together jamuns, black salt, roasted cumin powder, castor sugar, orange juice, lemon juice and ice cubes to make a smooth mixture.
2. Put lemon slices in individual serving glasses and pour the jamun mixture.
3. Serve chilled.
