A healthier version of cheese stuffed jalapaneo poppers so you can eat without guilt. JALAPENO POPPERSIngredients8-12 fresh jalapenos, cut into 1 inch pieces and deseeded2-3 tablespoons hung yogurt¼ cup grated processed cheese2-3 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese½ teaspoon red chilli flakesCrushed black peppercorns to tasteSalt to taste¼ cup whole wheat flour¼ cup milk½ cup dried brown breadcrumbsMethod1. Take processed cheese in a bowl. Add mozzarella cheese and hung yogurt and mix. Add chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns and salt and mix well. 2. Stuff the jalapeno pieces with cheese mixture.3. Take wheat flour and milk in 2 different bowls.4. Dip stuffed jalapeno pieces in milk and coat with flour. 5. Take breadcrumbs in another bowl. 6. Dip the coated jalapeno pieces in milk again, coat with breadcrumbs and transfer on a plate. Freeze for 1-2 hours.7. Preheat an air-fryer to 180º C.8. Place the prepared jalapeno poppers in the air-fryer basket. Put the basket into the preheated air-fryer and air-fry for 8-10 minutes.9.
