Homemade mayonnaise and vegetable mixture stuffed between brown bread slices and served.JAIN MAYONNAISE SANDWICHIngredients8 brown bread slices1 tablespoon cheese spreadCrushed black peppercorns to taste¼ medium cabbage, finely chopped¼ cup finely chopped mixed bell pepperTomato ketchup as requiredMayonnaise¼ cup milk, chilled½ cup oil1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon castor sugar1 teaspoon mustard paste2 teaspoons vinegar Method1. To prepare mayonnaise, take milk in a jar and blend using an electric hand blender. Add oil gradually and blend continuously till light and thick. 2. Add salt, castor sugar, mustard paste and vinegar and blend again. Transfer in a bowl. 3. Take some mayonnaise in another bowl. Add cheese spread and mix. Add crushed peppercorns, cabbage and mixed bell peppers and mix well.4. Cut bread slices into roundels using a large size serrated cookie cutter.5. Spread some vegetable-mayonnaise mixture on 4 bread roundels and cover with remaining bread roundels. 6. Make a smiley face on the prepared sandwiches using tomato ketchup and serve.
