Deep fried cheesy rolls with loads of fresh cut vegetables.JAIN CHEESE VEG ROLLIngredients 3 tablespoons grated processed cheese3 tablespoons grated cottage cheese (paneer)Oil for deep-frying¼ medium red capsicum, finely chopped ¼ medium green capsicum, finely chopped 1 tablespoon boiled corn kernels 2-3 green olives, chopped½ cup fresh breadcrumbs + for coating2-3 green chillies, finely chopped1 teaspoon dried oregano1 teaspoon red chilli flakesSalt to taste2 tablespoons refined flour Method 1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. 2. Mix breadcrumbs, cottage cheese, processed cheese in a bowl. Add red and green capsicum, corn kernels, olives, chillies, oregano, chilli flakes and salt and mix well. Knead into a soft dough. 3. Divide the mixture into equal portions, shape them into balls and make a roll. 4. Spread breadcrumbs on a plate. 5. Mix refined flour and some water to a smooth paste., 6. Dip the prepared rolls in slurry and coat in breadcrumbs. 7. Deep-fry the rolls in hot oil till crisp and brown on both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper. 8. Serve hot.
