ITALIAN CUSTARD
8 egg yolks
400g - 14oz sugar
100g - 3.5ox Plain flour
1Litre - 4 cups Fresh Milk
2-3 slices of lemon rind
Cinnamon stick (or cinnamon powder)
Vanilla bean (or vanilla extract)

TO DECORATE
Mint leaves
Raspberries
Blueberries
Sachet of Bauli Icing sugar (it comes with the Pandoro!)
