Irani Chai | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Wakeup having your chai with a twist and have a best start in the morning with this hot cup of Iranian Chai.

IRANI CHAI

Ingredients

2 teaspoons tea leaves
2 cups full fat milk
8 teaspoons sugar
Bun maska for serving

Method

1. Heat 2 cups water in a non-stick pan and bring to a boil. Add tea leaves, stir and let it brew.
2. Heat milk in another non-stick pan and bring to a boil. Add sugar, stir and bring to a boil. Mix and cook till it turns a little thick.
3. Strain tea into individual cups. Add 3-4 tablespoons milk on top and serve immediately with bun maska.
