Powder Sugar1/4 Cup Rose Syrup2-3 Drops Pink Food Color (Optional)Almonds Chopped as requiredPistachio Chopped as requiredDry Rose Petals as requiredCashew Chopped as requiredHow to make:In a deep heavy bottom pan and add 1.5 liters of full-fat milk and bring it to boil.Once the milk comes to boil switch off the flame and cool down for 2-3 minutes.Take vinegar add water and mix well.Add vinegar and keep stirring milk will now split and keep stirring till the whey is separated completely.Now, drain the chenna in the muslin cloth, tie and squeeze to remove the excess water. Set aside.Take plate transfer chenna and crumble completely.Now, take a pan add chenna, milk powder, milk and mix well until the mixture is thick.
