South Indian Cuisine has many types of chutneys. Peanut and chana dal chutney is a very delicious side dish ,easy to cook chutney for Idli, dosa etc. It is also called palli chutney in Andhra Pradesh.
Preparation time: 10 - 12 minutes
Ingredients:
Vegetable oil- 3-4 tbsp
Peanut - 50g
Split chickpeas /Chana Dal - 50g
Fresh Curry Leaves- 10-15 leaves
Ginger - 1 inches ( chopped into pieces)
Garlic - 5-7 cloves (chopped)
Dry red chillies- 3
Green chillies- 5
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander seeds -1/2 tbsp
