Ingredients• Ghee – ¼ cup• Milk – 1 cup • Milk powder – 1 cup (approx. 100 gms)• Desiccated coconut – 2 ½ cups• Sugar – 1 ½ cup (150 gms)• Cardamom powder – ½ tsp• Finely chopped Pistachio – 1 ½ tsp• Finely chopped Almonds – 1 tspMethod1. In a pan add the ghee and ½ cup milk and combine them well2. Add milk powder and mix well 3. Cook on low heat until it turns thick4. Add desiccated coconut and remaining ½ cup milk and mix well5. Add sugar and mix till the sugar melts and combine with the mixture.6. Add cardamom powder, pistachio and almonds and mix well and cook its dry and firm7. Let it cool down a bit before taking small portions and making ladoos 8. Garnish with pistachios
