Ingredients for Mooli Pickle
मूली - Radish - 4 no (500 grams)
हरी मिर्च - Green Chilli - 50 grams
अदरक - Ginger - 50 grams
नमक - Salt - 1.25 tsp
सरसों का तेल - Mustard Oil - ½ Cup (100 gms)
मैदी दाना - Fenugreek Seeds - 1 tsp, coarsely grounded
सोंफ - Fennel Seeds - 2 tsp, coarsely grounded
पीली सरसों - Yellow Mustard - 2.5 tsp, coarsely grounded
हींग - Asafoetida - ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
काली मिर्च - Black Pepper - ½ tsp, coarsely grounded
लाल मिर्च - Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
नमक - Salt - 2 tsp
अजवायन - Carom Seeds - ½ tsp
सौंफ - Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
मैदी दाना - Fenugreek Seeds - ½ tsp
कलोंजी -Nigella - ½ tsp
सफेद सिरका - White Vinegar - 2 tbsp
