Your Masala is ready.It can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 6 months.Directions for Mango Achaar Preparation:Cut the mangoes in cubes and set aside.In a pan add oil and heat it on high flame for 4-5 minutes to eliminate bitter taste of oil, once oil is hot turn off flame and wait for 2 minutes. Turn on flame and add raw mangoes and cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes. Now add prepared achaar masala mix and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add vinegar and mix it well.Instant mango pickle is ready.
