Inside-Out Sushi Roll
IngredientsMakes l roll
150 g cooked rice
1 sheet nori (seaweed)
tamagoyaki
salmon flakes
tobiko (flying fish roe)

Directions
1. Cover a makisu (bamboo sushi mat) with plastic wrap, rice, and then nori.
2. Cut the tamagoyaki into long strips.
3. Slightly in front of the center of 1, add 2 and salmon flakes, and roll away from you.
4. Remove the plastic wrap, coat with tobiko, and cut into easy-to-eat pieces.

Cut the kabosu in half, scoop out the insides, and use as a serving dish.
