In this video, I've assembled a giant 5kg plate of Hainanese Curry Rice at Old Hainan! I went with Crispy pork chops, long beans, cabbage, their signature braised pork(must try!) and some egg floss. Pretty simple and straight forward ingredient but the curry just sort of harmonized everything together.
