Recipe 1: Kaju Katli

1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
1 teaspoon Ghee

Ingredients
1 tablespoon Oil
1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1/4 teaspoon Urad Dal
Curry Leaves
1/4 cup Onion
1 cup Bhindi (Ladies Finger)
Salt, to taste
Turmeric Powder, a pinch
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder

Recipe 3: Rajma Curry
Ingredients
1 cup Rajma
2 cups Water
Salt, to taste
1 Bay Leaf
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
1 Black Cardamom
4 Cloves
4 Tomatoes
12 Garlic Pods
1 inch Ginger
2 Green Chillies
2 tablespoon Ghee
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
2 Green Cardamom
1 cup Onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Amchur Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 tablespoon Chilli Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala

Recipe 4: Paneer Butter Masala
Ingredients
1 teaspoon Oil
1 Bay Leaves
2 Black Cardamom
2 Green Cardamom
2 Red Chillies
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
100 grams Butter
1 cup Onion
Salt, to taste
1 cup Tomato, puree
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 tablespoon Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1/4 teaspoon Kasuri Methi
100 ml Water
1 cup Paneer Cubes
3 Green Chillies
Coriander Leaves

Recipe 5: Chickpeas Salad
Ingredients
150 grams Chickpeas
1 cup Water
Salt, to taste
2 medium Tomatoes
1/2 Cucumber
1 small Onion
1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves
1/2 Lime
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
1/4 teaspoon Pepper Powder
1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Recipe 6: Methi Thepla
Ingredients
500 grams Wheat Flour
1 tablespoon Besan (Gram Flour)
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
Salt, to taste
1 tablespoon White Thil
1/4 teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
1/4 teaspoon Jeera Seeds
1 teaspoon Green Chilli & Garlic, crushed
1 bunch Methi (Fenugreek Leaves)
Water
1 teaspoon Oil
