Chicken wings marinated with indian spices coated in egg batter and refined flour, deep fried to perfection.INDIAN STYLE CHICKEN WINGSIngredients 10-12 chicken wingsOil for deep-frying2 tablespoons hung yogurt1 teaspoon garam masala powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic pasteSalt to taste Chaat masala for sprinklingMethod1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.2. Mix hung yogurt, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste in a bowl. 3. Add chicken wings and salt and mix well. Refrigerate for an hour. 4. Break egg and add to the marinated chicken alongwith refined flour and cornflour and mix well. 5. Deep-fry the prepared chicken wings in hot oil till crisp and brown.
