Ingredients

1 tsp ginger julienne
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp coriander powder coarsely grounded
2-3 lemon wedges
4 tbsp of oil
2-3 green chillies, cut into juliennes
½ tsp of cumin seeds
¼ tsp of jeera powder (cumin powder)
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped finely
Salt as per taste
4tbsp Onion tomato masala (chopped onions and chopped tomatoes cooked in oil)
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
Cubes of onions
Cubes of bell peppers (red, green and yellow)
150g of boneless chicken pieces
