2 tbsp Mustard Oil
2 Potatoes
Again 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin/Jeera
2 dry Red Chillies
2 Green Chillies
5 Garlic/Lehsun cloves
1 inch Ginger/Adarak piece
2 Tomatoes
Salt to taste
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander/Dhania powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric/Haldi powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 bunch Palak/Spinach
