This recipe of Immunity booster juice is full of Vitamin C, Antioxidants, fibers, minerals, and iron which helps in building immunity in our body against common cough, cold and flue. We have included goodness of 3 superfoods in this magic drink which are Carrots, Orange and beetroot along with Ginger mint and lemon juice, These all ingredients are packed with nutrients and vitamins and helps to prevent viral infections.

Please find the full recipe below:-
Servings: 2 Glasses
Ingredients:
• Carrots – 4
• Orange – 2
• Beetroot – 1/2
• Ginger – a small pcs
• Mint Leaves
• Lemon – 1
• Water – 1 cup

Recipe:
1. Cut orange in two halves and remove seeds and peel it.
2. Peel carrots and beetroot. Dice it
3. In a mixer grinder add all ingredients and grind to make juice out of it.
4. Strain with help of cloth or strainer using spatula.
5. Add lemon juice in it and mix well. This is optional. One can consume as it is.
6. Include it in your routine once or twice a week.
