A different way of serving upma! These idli shaped upma bites are a great breakfast addition and makes the serving process a whole lot easier. Easy yet tasty!IDLI UPMAIngredients6-8 leftover idlis1 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon mustard seeds1 teaspoon split skinless black gram 5-7 curry leavesA pinch asafoetida½ teaspoon red chilli flakesSalt to taste¼ cup chopped fresh coriander leavesJuice of ½ lemonMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. 2. Cut idlis into 4 equal pieces.3. Add mustard seeds to the pan and let it splutter. Add black gram, curry leaves, asafoetida, chilli flakes and mix well. Reduce heat, add salt and chopped idlis and toss to mix. 4. Add chopped coriander and some water, reduce heat, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Switch off heat, add lemon juice and toss to mix.5.
